License & Ownership
Your License
When you purchase Codexify, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the software. You own your copy — it will work forever, even if we shut down.
Your Data
You own all data you create, store, or process using Codexify. We claim no ownership or rights to your Constructs, memories, notes, or any other content.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell Codexify. You may not use it to build competing products or services. You may not use it for illegal purposes.
Acceptable Use
You may use Codexify for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to:
• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Circumvent technical protections or security measures
Disclaimers
Codexify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to build reliable, secure software, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You are responsible for backing up your data. While Codexify offers optional encrypted sync, we are not liable for data loss.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for verifying any decisions or actions based on Codexify's suggestions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonant Constructs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Codexify.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Support & Updates
One-time license purchases include updates for the current major version. Future major versions may require a separate purchase.
Optional support subscriptions provide priority assistance, extended updates, and cloud sync features.
Termination
You may stop using Codexify at any time. Your license remains valid — the software will continue to work.
We may terminate accounts or access for violations of these terms, but your local software will remain functional.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
